Will it hurt my application if one of my letters of recommendation are from a lecturer at my university and the other two are from tenured professors?
I am currently in a master’s program internationally and will not have fall grades until mid-February because of the timeline of exams here, how will this affect my application?

Would it be benificial for me to have a letter from someone who is a director of a women in STEM I am a part of and I do a lot of mentoring for?
Will there be a departmental webinar for social science/political science coming up?
I'm applying to a joint program in philosophy and psychology. Should I balance my application towards both equally, or focus more on the initial department I'm applying to.
Also, would a letter from an internship supervisor in our field, whom we worked closely with work well, if the other two are academic?
