Join us for a virtual information session about an upcoming online course, Forest and Landscape Restoration for Young People in Africa. What is the course like? What do participants do in a typical week? How can you apply? Get all of these questions and more answered in our upcoming information session. This could will be delivered through a collaboration with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the Yale School of the Environment through its Environmental Leadership and Training Initiative (ELTI). It will be offered in English and will develop the skills and knowledge of young people to raise awareness of FLR and enable its implementation on the ground. The course aims to build the capacity, skills and networks of young practitioners and provide them with basic knowledge on the ecological, social, and economic aspects of FLR that they can apply in their careers. This info session is free and open to the public.
